A contractor you can actually reach
Listen carefully, price it clearly, keep you posted, and build it to last.
Bernas General Contractor LLC is a residential construction and remodeling company based in Puyallup, Washington, led by owner Bernaldo Buenrostro.
We work with homeowners on kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home renovations, and exterior projects like roofing, siding, decks, and fencing. Having one contractor for multiple types of work means fewer handoffs and one person who knows your project.
That approach is simple to say and takes work to keep. It means you know who to call, you know what you are paying for, and you hear about problems from us before you find them yourself.
From first call to final walkthrough
Four steps, and you always know which one you're on.
Tell us about the project
A short form covers the type of work, your goals, budget range and timing. About three minutes.
Pick a time to talk
Book a consultation right after you submit. If the job needs it, we come out and look at the house.
Read a clear estimate
You get a written estimate for your project, and we go through what each line covers.
Build it, then walk it
We schedule the work, keep you posted while we build, and do a final walkthrough together.
